Romano: The Romano is a conventionally flued, glass-fronted fire with a breathtaking width of over 1 metre, set off by a distinctive metallic frame. It can easily be installed into a standard British chimney, transforming a conventional fireplace into a romantic, continental hole-in-the-wall fire You have a generous choice of three front colour finishes: alu-metallic, sand-metallic and shadow grey. In addition, you can select either natural twigs or Carrara stones with a background of polished steel. Despite its impressive width, Romano has a depth of only 34 cms with an internally connected 100 mm flue. It has a heat output of 4.5 kW, sufficient to heat a large room, together with an efficiency rating of 70%. Concerto: The Concerto, one of the most popular models in the DRU Designer Collection, is now available with either a balanced or conventional flue. The conventional flue version can be easily installed into a standard British chimney and connected using a simple 100 mm (4”) flue. Installation is also cheaper, giving you much better all round value. Furthermore, you can have the Concerto in both the standard and ‘Vision’ versions, with both being available in natural gas or LPG, so there is more choice than ever before! The Concerto is a seductive fire that provides ‘wide-screen’ impact for its realistic log burning display. It is a versatile model that looks equally at home in both traditional and contemporary surroundings. It can be installed into an existing chimney using a fire surround.
